The 2023 Annual General Meeting was held at 10am on 5 May 2023 at the offices of UBS, 5 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS.
All the resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed on a poll. The final voting results were announced on 5 May 2023.
A final dividend for 2022 of 5.2p per ordinary share will be paid on 26 May 2023 to ordinary shareholders who are on the register of members at close of business on 28 April 2023.
