The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on Friday 8 May 2026 at the offices of UBS, 5 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS.
We would encourage you to appoint a proxy online, via Crest or by post to vote on your behalf. The final voting results will be announced on 8 May 2026.
If approved, a final dividend for 2025 of 6.59p per ordinary share will be paid on 22 May 2026 to ordinary shareholders who are on the register of members at the close of business on 24 April 2026.
