The 2024 Annual General Meeting was held at 10am on 10 May 2024 at the offices of UBS, 5 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS.
We would encourage you to appoint a proxy online, via Crest or by post to vote on your behalf. The final voting results will be announced on 9 May 2025.
If approved, a final dividend for 2024 of 6.1p per ordinary share will be paid on 23 May 2025 to ordinary shareholders who are on the register of members at the close of business on 25 April 2025.
