The 2024 Annual General Meeting was held at 10am on 10 May 2024 at the offices of UBS, 5 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS.
All the resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed on a poll. The final voting results were announced on 10 May 2024 and can be found below.
A final dividend for 2023 of 5.7p per ordinary share will be paid on 24 May 2024 to ordinary shareholders who are on the register of members at close of business on 26 April 2024.
