Rosemary is a Fellow, Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and previously held Non-Executive Director roles at HSBC UK Bank plc, with responsibility for Digital; YouGov plc, where she served as Senior Independent Director, Remuneration Committee Chair, and a member of the Audit Committee; Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Risk Committee and Member of Audit and Remuneration Committees at ICG plc (Intermediate Capital Group) and is currently a member of the board of Proton AG, based in Geneva. Rosemary’s earlier executive career included Private Equity and Digital Content, and she continues to advise and invest in multiple global technology businesses. Rosemary co-founded the World Wide Web Foundation in 2009, is a Trustee of BAFTA and Member of the Board of the International Business School IMD, based in Switzerland.
