Carolyn was Deputy Company Secretary at Superdry plc from December 2018 to September 2022 and Company Secretary (SPV) at G4S plc from October 2015 to December 2018. Carolyn has wide commercial experience , spanning financial services, utilities, retail and the not-for profit sector. Carolyn is the Group Company Secretary, head of governance and leads on ESG.
Carolyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland and has a BA (Hons) in Politics and History from Coventry University. Carolyn is also a voluntary Trustee for the charity Caudwell Youth.
